摘　　要：济川煎加减是治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的代表方剂。便秘的病因病机错综复杂,病位在大肠,病变涉及五脏,脾肾阳虚型便秘多涉及肾脏。导师苏云教授认为,肾阳虚,大肠失于温煦,寒凝气滞,大肠蠕动停滞,是引起便秘的重要原因之一。故,苏云教授认为,补益脾肾为本,祛除外邪为标,内用中药调理,外用敷贴巩固,内调外敷治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘,在临床上取得了良好的临床疗效,为临床上治疗便秘提供了依据。Jichuan decoction is the representative prescription for the treatment of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney constipation.The cause of constipation pathogenesis is complex, the disease lies in the large intestine, and lesions involves the five internal organs.The yang deficiency of spleen and kidney constipation involves the kidney. Professor Su Yun thinks that kidney yang, loss of warm in the colon, cold coagulation stagnation, stagnation of large intestine is one of the important causes of constipation. Professor Su Yun believes that tonifying the spleen and kidney is the basis, dispelling the external evil as the standard, treating constipation with internal and external application with Chinese herbal medicine, applying external application, and treating constipation with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang, and has achieved good clinical effect. It provides a basis for clinical treatment of constipation.
