凉血止血和滋补肝肾法治疗紫癜性肾炎

摘　　要：女贞子安五藏,滋补肝肾之阴;旱莲草有凉血止血之效;二药同用组成一代名方"二至丸",使药效相得益彰。现代研究证实其具有调节免疫,缩短凝血时间等功效,故临床上应用广泛。丁樱认为紫癜性肾炎(单纯血尿型)主要病机为"热""虚""瘀",伏热郁于内致血溢脉外而尿血,根据多年的临床经验,采用滋补肝肾佐以清热凉血,或联合来氟米特治疗紫癜性肾炎(单纯血尿型)颇有疗效。The five internal organs of Ligustrum lucidum, nourishing the yin of the liver and kidney; Eclipta has the effect of cooling blood to stop bleeding. The second drug is used to form a generation of famous ＂ Erzhi pill＂, and make the tow drugs work well.Modern research has the effect of regulating immunity, shortening blood clotting time and so on, so it is widely used in clinic.Professor Ding Ying believes that the main pathogenesis of purpura nephritis（ pure hematuria） is ＂ hot＂, ＂ virtual＂ and ＂stasis＂. The hypothermic depression causes blood to flow outside the veins. According to years of clinical experience, it is effective to treat purpura nephritis（ pure hematuria） by nourishing the liver and kidney mainly by clearing away heat and cooling blood combined with Leflunomide tablets.
