揿针治疗胞轮振跳35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察揿针治疗胞轮振跳的临床疗效。方法将70例胞轮振跳患者随机分为2组,研究组35例采用揿针太阳、攒竹、四白、丝竹空、合谷、足三里穴位治疗,对照组35例采用口服甲钴胺片治疗。结果总有效率:研究组为85.7%(30/35),对照组为40.0%(14/35),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针治疗胞轮振跳疗效确切,值得临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of thumbtack needle in treating twitching of eyelid. Methods 70 twitching of eyelid patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 35 cases in the study group were treated with the acupuncture of Taiyang（EX-HN5）, Cuanzhu（B2）, Sibai（S2）, Sizhukong（TE23）, Hegu（LI4） and Zusanli（S36）. The control group of 35 patients was treated with oral treatment of Me Cobalamin tablets. Results The total effective rate in the study group and the control group was85.7% and 40% respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of thumbtack needle therapy on twitching of eyelid is definite, which is worthy of clinical application.
