摘 要:针对高压电能计量装置校验中无法测量整体误差的问题,设计了一套高压电能计量装置现场校验系统。该系统通过在高压侧安装电压互感器和电流互感器,并基于射频同步技术将测量数据发送到低压侧数据接收终端的方法,实现了高压电能计量装置现场校验整体误差的测量。经实际测试,该套高压电能装置现场校验系统能够在不停电条件下对10 k V^35 k V高压电能计量装置进行整体校验,达到了有效评估装置计量性能、简化校验环节、减轻工作强度、降低校验安全风险、提高工作效率的目的。In order to solve the problem of measuring the overall error in the measurement of high voltage electric energy metering device,a set of high voltage electric energy metering device is designed in this paper. Through the installation of voltage transformer and current transformer in high voltage side,and frequency synchronization technology based on measurement data will be sent to the low side data receiving terminal and the method of the field calibration overall error measurement of high voltage electric energy metering device is realized. The actual test shows that the high-voltage power device field calibration system can conduct the overall check for 10 k V ~ 35 k V high voltage power metering device under the condition of no power failure,so as to achieve the purpose of effectively evaluating device for metering performance,simplifying checking process,reducing the work intensity,reducing the check of safety risk,and improving the working efficiency.
