早产儿重症监护环境噪声水平的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早产儿重症监护室的环境噪声水平,为临床进一步采取降噪措施提供参考。方法运用积分声级计对4间早产儿监护病房进行连续7d24h监测,同时监测暖箱内外噪声水平。结果早产儿重症监护室噪声声级值均高于美国儿科学会推荐的噪声标准(Leq<45dB,L10<50dB,Lmax<65dB)。且重症监护病房Leq、Lmax、Lmin值显著高于普通监护病房(均P<0.01)。结论早产儿重症监护室噪声仍处于高水平状态,有待进一步采取降噪措施,创建早产儿良好的休养环境。Objective To explore the noise level in preterm neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）,and to provide references for noisereducing measures in clinical practice.Methods Researchers measured the noise levels in 4 rooms of NICU by using an AWA5610 B Sound Level Meter,with the equipment being on for 24 hours on 7 consecutive days.The noise levels within and out of the incubators were also measured.Results The noise levels in NICU were over the American Academy of Pediatrics（AAP）recommendation（Leq〈45 dB,L1〈050 dB,Lmax〈65 dB）.The levels of Leq,Lmax,Lmin in the intensive care rooms of NICU were significantly higher than those in general care rooms（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusions The noise level in NICU is high,and measures should be taken to reduce the noise level and create a good environment for preterm neonates.
