摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸关元穴对使用镇痛泵的混合痔直肠下端黏膜环切术术后患者排尿的影响。方法将200例混合痔直肠下端黏膜环切术患者随机分为两组,每组100例,对照组按照术后常规护理促进排尿,观察组实施艾灸关元穴促进排尿。结果干预后,两组术后首次排尿时间及排尿困难发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论艾灸关元穴可促进混合痔直肠下端黏膜环切术术后患者排尿,预防术后并发症,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To study the impact of guanyuan acupoint moxibustion under patient controlled analgesia（PCA）on micturition in mixed hemorrhoid patients after rectal mucosal sleeve resection PCA.Methods Totally,200 mixed hemorrhoid patients under PCA after rectal mucosal sleeve resection were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 100 cases in each group.To facilitate post-operative micturition,the control group was given routine care measures,while the intervention group was subjected to guanyuan acupoint moxibustion.Result The differences in the first postoperative micturition time,and rate of dysuria were significant between the two groups（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion Guanyuan acupoint moxibustion can exert good effect on micturition in mixed hemorrhoid patients after rectal mucosal sleeve resection.
