主题式护理健康处方在类风湿关节炎患者延续护理的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨主题式护理健康处方在类风湿关节炎患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法将88例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各44例,对照组接受常规延续护理干预,观察组接受主题式护理健康处方延续护理干预。结果干预3个月后两组疾病管理知识掌握、健康行为依从性与延续护理满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论采用主题式护理健康处方对类风湿关节炎患者实施延续护理,可有效提高患者疾病管理知识掌握度和健康行为依从性。Objective To observe the effect of giving theme based nursing prescription to rheumatoid arthritis patients who receive transitional care.Methods A total of 88 rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine transitional care,while the intervention group received theme based nursing prescription in transitional care.Results After the intervention,the scores of disease management knowledge,healthy behavior compliance and satisfaction with transitional care had significant differences between the 2 groups（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion Application of theme based nursing prescription in transitional care for patients with rheumatoid arthritis could provnote patients′knowledge of disease management,and improve their compliance with healthy behaviors.
