摘　　要：金融科技的快速发展提高了金融体系的深度和效率,但其开放、互联互通、高科技含量的特性使金融风险更加隐蔽。监管沙盒机制作为一项先驱设计,既鼓励金融创新又能抑制金融风险。本文基于金融消费者权益保护视角,对国际监管沙盒进行研究,并提出我国实施监管沙盒的相关建议。The rapid development of the financial science and technology has improved the depth and efficiency of the financial system, but its features like openness, interoperability and high technology make the financial risk more hidden. As a pioneer design,the regulatory sandbox mechanism not only encourages financial innovations but also inhibits financial risks. Based on the perspective of financial consumers＇ rights and interests protection, the paper studies the international supervision sandbox, and puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the regulatory sandbox in China.
