旋流降膜湿法脱臭技术在酸性水汽提装置的应用及优化

摘　　要：炼油厂酸性水汽提装置主要处理来自各装置的酸性水,其含有高浓度的H2S、NH3、挥发酚等恶臭物质,容易造成环境污染和人员中毒。为消除酸性水汽提装置原料水罐恶臭气体对环境的污染和对员工健康的影响,针对恶臭气体的特性,采用旋流降膜湿法脱臭技术进行治理,但效果不稳定。在研究了影响处理效率关键因素的基础上,提出除盐水定期置换调整为净化水连续置换、将脱臭剂改为碱液、尾气入火炬系统回收VOCs和优化系统程序等优化措施,应用结果显示,运行成本显著下降,恶臭气体处置高效稳定,硫化氢脱除率为100%,COS脱除率为100%,硫醇硫脱除率为99.7%,CS2脱除率为100%,甲硫醚脱除率为38.7%,氨脱除率为98.9%,总硫脱除率为97.3%。将除盐水全部改为净化水,每年可节约成本66.7万元。实现了尾气稳定达标排放,保证了周边空气质量良好。Sour water stripper in refineries mainly processes sour water from various units,which contains high concentrations of odor substances such as H2S,NH3 and volatile phenol and easily causes environmental pollution and human poisoning.In order to eliminate the pollution of odor gases from feed water tank of sour wa-ter stripper and the impact on employee health,rotary falling film wet deodorization technology was used to treat the odor gases in accordance with their characteristics,but its effect was not stable.Based on the study on key factors influencing the treatment efficiency,some optimization measures were put forward including changing the regular replacement of demineralized water into continuous replacement of purified water,using alkali solution as the deodorant,sending the offgas to flare system for recovery of VOCs and optimizing the system procedures.The application results showed that the operating cost was significantly reduced,the treatment of odor gas was highly efficient and stable,and the removal rates of H2S,COS,mercaptan sulfur,CS2,methyl sulfide,ammonia and total sulfur were 100%,100%,99.7%,100%,38.7%,98.9% and 97.3% respectively.The cost can be reduced by 667000 yuan annually by replacing all the demineralized water with puri-fied water.Stable and up-to-standard discharge of offgas was achieved,and good air quality was ensured in the surrounding areas.
