摘  要:大连机车车辆有限公司铸锻分公司新建了年产8000t的中小型铸件的铸钢车间。该车间采用电弧炉熔炼、酯硬化水玻璃砂造型和旧砂再生生产线。车间长138m,宽156m,厂房结构采用轻钢彩板、钢结构,其中,造型与清理用露天跨隔开,有利于采光和车间环境改善。设计中,考虑到了环保、消防、安全、卫生及节能等多个方面。A new Steel-casting Foundry capable of producing 8,000 t of small-sized and medium-sized castings in one year was built in casting branch of Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co. Ltd. Arc- furnace steelmaking, resign sand molding and coring line and used sand recovering technologies were employed in the newly built casting foundry. The workshop, 138 m long by 156 m wide, used lightweight steel color board and bent frame structure. The molding board and cleaning board were separated and open connected, which was favorable for lighting and improving the environment of the workshop. Attentions were paid to environmental protection, fire protection, security, healthy, energy-saving, etc.
