摘  要:二穗短柄草(Brachypodium distachyon)因其基因组小、株型小、自花授粉、一年生、生命周期短、有二倍体和一系列多倍体、易培植、易转化等诸多优点,正逐渐成为一种理想的禾本科作物模型。最近的研究表明,二穗短柄草对许多主要的禾谷类作物病原菌敏感。因此,研究二穗短柄草-病原菌的相互作用可以提高人们对禾本科作物抗病能力的认识。本文综述了二穗短柄草与真菌、病毒和其他禾谷类作物病原菌互作的研究成果,以及利用二穗短柄草进行禾本科作物抗病机制研究的现状。展望了二穗短柄草作为作物-病原体相互作用的研究模型的发展前景。Brachypodium distachyon is emerging as a desirable cereal model because of its small genome, small physical stature, self-fertility, short lifecycle, diploid accessionsalong with a series of poly-ploid accessions, simple growth requirements and efficient transformation system. Recent researches discovered that B. distachyon was sensitive to pathogens of many major cereal crops. And studies on of B. distachyon-pathogen interactions can improve understanding of disease resistance of cereal crops. This article reviewed research results on interaction between B. distachyon and fungi,viruses and other pathogens against cereal. Current status of cereal disease resistance studies taking B. distachyon as a model was also summerised. And prospective of B. distachyon as a modelfor study cereal-pathogen interactions was put forward.
