摘 要:玻璃的生产需要耗费大量的能源,在玻璃熔化中加入回收的玻璃,每增加一个百分点的碎玻璃,就会相应节省约0.2%到0.3%的能源。碎玻璃自动化分选的核心设备为精细筛分机、曲折筛分机及光选机等,尤其以光选机最为核心,其可以通过物料的颜色,形状或尺寸进行精确识别和分选,剔除出碎玻璃物料中的杂质(例如陶瓷、石子、瓦片、金属,杂色玻璃等),是整个回收生产工艺成败的关键。The production of glass required large amount of energy. Adding recycled glass to the glass melting would save about 0.2% to 0.3% of energy by increasing every one percentage point of curet. The core equipments for the automatic separation of cullet were fine screening machine, zigzag screening machine and optical sorting machine. Especially, the optical sorting machine was the core. It could accurately identify and sort the material by its color, shape or size to get rid of the impurities in glass materials (for example, ceramics, stones, tiles, metals, variegated glass, etc.), which was the key to the success of the entire recycling process.
