摘　　要：本文对加拿大联邦政府自然资源部机构框架及内设机构、其资产管理架构及职能、安大略省自然资源与森林部机构框架和联邦政府环境部机构框架进行了全面介绍,在此基础上,对加拿大自然资源管理体制的特点进行了总结。This paper provides a comprehensive introduction to the institutional framework and internal structure of the Canadian Federal Government＇s Natural Resources Department, its asset management structure and functions, the institutional framework of the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests, and the institutional framework of the Federal Government＇s Environment Department. On this basis, the characteristics of Canada＇s natural resource management system were summarized.
