摘　　要：目的了解海阳市托幼机构消毒工作质量,进一步加强消毒工作管理。方法2014～2016年连续3年对海阳市一、二类托幼机构采用现场采样及细菌培养方法进行检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果2014～2016年共采样1 640份,合格1 483份,合格率为90.43%。各年份合格率分别为89.40%、90.58%、91.31%(P>0.05)。一类托幼机构合格率(96.45%)高于二类托幼机构(84.33%)(P<0.01)。工作人员手和食(饮)具为主要不合格指标。结论海阳市托幼机构卫生消毒工作总体较好。Objective To understand the quality of disinfection in kindergartens in Haiyang city, so as to further strengthen the management of disinfection. Methods During 2014 2016, category A and B kindergartens in Haiyang cit- y were tested by field sampling and bacterial culture, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 1 640 samples were collected during 2014-2016,and 1 483 were qualified,the qualified rate was 90.43 %. The annual qual- ified rate was 89.40%,90.58% and 91.31% respectively （ P〉0.05）. The qualified rate was 96.45R% in category A kin- dergartens,and 84.33% in category B kindergartens （ P 〈0.01）. The staff＇s hands and tableware were the main unquali- fied indicators. Conclusion The overall status of disinfection is good in kindergartens of Haiyang city.
