摘　　要：本文从手三里穴位的特殊性、腰扭伤的病机、治法及针刺镇痛的现代学研究三方面探讨针刺手三里治疗急性腰扭伤的原理,发现针刺手三里治疗急性腰扭伤的中医理论完整,针刺镇痛的效应通路并不完善。This paper explores the principle of treating Acute lumbar sprain by Acupuncture at Point Shousanli from three aspects including the specialty of Shousanli acupuncture point, the pathogenesis and therapeutic rules of lumbar sprain, and the modern research of acupuncture analgesia.The traditional Chinese medicine theory of treating acute lumbar sprain by acupuncture at point Shousanli is complete,but the effect pathway of acupuncture analgesia is incomplete.
