摘  要:针对黑龙江省短道速滑队8名优秀运动员,在2015~2016年度训练中进行连续的生理生化监测,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试法、数理统计法、对比分析法,对本年度各个训练阶段运动员各生化指标的变化情况进行分析。研究发现:运动员在全年度训练中血尿素指标与肌酸激酶指标波动情况与训练负荷量波动情况相一致,训练负荷与运动员竞技状态的调整要结合运动员个体机能代谢的特点进行综合判断。在全年度训练及比赛期间,对运动员进行连续的生化指标的监控,为教练员训练计划的实施提供了科学指导,保证了训练质量并为运动员伤病预防提供了科学依据。There are 8 excellent skaters from Heilongjiang short track speed skating team who were continuously monitored with some physiological and biochemical indexes in 2015 -2016 annual training. With the methods of literature, interview ex- perts, test and mathematical statistics, the paper analyzes their biochemical indexes' change in each training phase. The re- sults show that the change of blood urea index and creatine kinase index is consistent with the training load throughout the whole annual training. It should be to make a comprehensive judgment for adjusting the training load and the skaters' competi- tive state according to their function metabolism characteristics. To monitor the skaters' biochemical indexes in the annual training or during the competition will provide a scientific guidance for the coaches to start their training program, and provide a scientific reference for ensuring the training quality and preventing the sports injuries.
