我国优秀冰雪运动员心理能力的研究

摘　　要：我国优秀冰雪运动员的运动成绩与心理能力之间有密切练习,较高的心理能力可推动其运动成绩的显著提升。运用实践法与心理测量法对我国多名冰雪运动员的运动能力与心理能力的对应关系进行了深入研究。研究结果显示,冰雪运动员整体的心理水平适中,具有不均衡发展的特点;运动员具有适中的竞技动机、较高的创造性倾向、较低的造性能力,但是具有较大的心理潜能;体能类冰雪运动员所具有的认知焦虑水平与其从事项目不匹配,而竞技类冰雪运动员和其从事项目所具有的特点较为一致;优秀冰雪运动员的运动成绩与心理能力之间有密切联系。Chinese excellent winter sports athletes＇ performance is a close relationship with mental ability and can be im- proved by good psychological ability. With the methods of practice and psychometrics, the paper has a study on some athletes of Chinese winter sports about the relationship between athletic ability and psychological ability. The results show that their o- verall psychological level is moderate with the characteristics of uneven development; they are with moderate athletic motiva- tion, higher creative tendency, and lower inventive ability, but with great psychological potential; the athletes depending on physical fitness do not match their working events due to their cognitive anxiety level, but the ones of competitive athletics are more consistent with the sports characteristics; the excellent ones＇ athletic performance is close with their psychological a- bility.
