摘 要:大学生的体质状况、运动素质、心肺功能等身体素质关乎身心健康,影响其是否能成为合格的新时代社会主义建设者。我国大学生的体质健康状态每况愈下,提高他们的健康体适能、运动体适能、生理机能,改善健康状态成为新时代高等院校体育教学的首要任务。改变大学生身体基本素质的根本在于高等院校体育教学理念、教学方法、教学手段的创新。在冬季冰上体育课程教学过程中,树立"受控训练"新观点、突出对适应性潜能的提高、强调教学的个性化设计等教学理念,明确教学目标,科学地用体能的超量恢复原理和抓住滑行技术的关键环节的教学方法,可以有效提高冰上课的教学质量。Physical fitness, physical fitness, and cardiopulmonary function of college students are related to physical and mental health and influence whether they can become qualified new - age socialist builders.
