前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:综合分析前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床治疗效果。方法:选取在佛山市高明区人民医院药剂科2013年6月至2016年10月收治的120例良性前列腺增生症患者的一般资料作为研究对象。按照随机抽样法将120例患者分为实验组与对照组,每组均为60例。实验组应用前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗方法(连续治疗8周),对照组应用非那雄胺治疗方法(连续治疗8周)。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后最大尿流率、前列腺体积、膀胱残余尿量、国际前列腺症状评分等参数指标。结果:(1)实验组总有效率为95.00%,对照组总有效率为83.33%,实验组临床治疗总有效率远远高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗前,两组患者的最大尿流率、前列腺体积、膀胱残余尿量、国际前列腺症状评分比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的最大尿流率、前列腺体积、膀胱残余尿量、国际前列腺症状评分显著优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合非那雄胺治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床治疗效果显著。Objective： To comprehensively analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Qianlie Shu Tong Capsule combined with finasteride on benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： The general data of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted in our hospital（ June 2013-October 2016） were selected as the study subjects.120 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to random sampling method,each group were 60 cases. The patients in the experimental group were treated with fenbuterol capsules and finasteride（ 8 weeks）. The control group was treated with finasteride（ 8 weeks）. SPSS20. 0 statistical software was used to analyze the clinical outcome of the two groups of patients,the incidence of adverse reactions,the maximum urinary flow rate before and after treatment,prostate volume,bladder residual urine output,international prostate symptom score and other parameters. Results：（1）The total effective rate was 95. 00% in the experimental group and 83. 33% in the control group. The total effective rate of the clinical treatment group was much higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）;（2）Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the maximum urine flow rate,prostate volume,bladder residual urine volume and international prostate symptom score between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）.After treatment,the maximum urinary flow rate,prostate volume,residual bladder volume and international prostate symptom score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.（3）There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusions： The therapeutic effect of Qianlie Shu Tong Capsule combined with finasteride on benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant.
