摘　　要：探讨马钱子在中医治疗男科疾病上的临床应用。通过查阅古籍,参考现代实验研究,与李曰庆教授的临床经验相结合,对小剂量马钱子在中医男科临床应用的安全性及有效性加以说明。总结出小剂量应用马钱子,可以起到很好的治疗作用,可供男科中医参考。This paper is to explore the clinical application of strychnos nux-vomica in the treatment of male diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Through literature review combined with clinical experience of Prof. Li Yueqing,the safety and effectiveness of the clinical application of low-dose strychnos nux-vomica in the treatment of male diseases is explained. The use of small doses of strychnos nux-vomica is conductive to the treatment of male diseases,which should be paid more attention in andrology treatment.
