摘 要:为使电源小型化、提高开关频率和电源效率,在基于软开关脉宽调制技术上针对小功率车用充电电源功率变换电路进行设计与仿真。主要由MCU电路、驱动电路、功率变换电路、整流滤波电路以及反馈电路等构成。通过在变压器原边与谐振电感间增加两个箝位二极管来抑制电压尖峰,在原边交流侧增加了隔直电容,以防止由桥臂不对称导通时间引起偏磁问题,副边采用全波同步整流技术。采用反馈系数可调的电压电流双闭环控制使系统更加稳定,并对电路关键参数进行设计。最后,通过Saber开关电源仿真软件对电路进行仿真分析。Based on soft switching pulse width modulation,the power conversion circuit for low-power vehicle charge power supply was designed and simulated to miniaturize the power source. The designed circuit was mainly composed of MCU circuit,drive circuit,power conversion circuit,rectifier/filter circuit and feedback circuit. Two clamping diodes were added between the primary side of the transformer and the resonant inductor to suppress voltage spike,and a blocking condenser was added to the primary AC side to avoid bias magnet caused by asymmetrical turn-on time of the bridge arm. The secondary side adopted synchronous full-wave rectification technology. Dual closed-loop voltage/current control with adjustable feedback coefficients was adopted to maintain a more stable system,and key circuit parameters were designed. Finally,simulation analysis was made of the designed circuit through Saber power simulation software.
