摘 要:提出了一种可恢复功能的装配式钢结构梁柱节点,该节点由带悬臂梁段的圆钢管柱、中间工字形梁段、翼缘连接盖板、L形板及高强螺栓群组成。通过控制翼缘连接盖板的厚度、盖板中间两螺栓间距等参数,可调节翼缘连接盖板处的截面刚度;通过翼缘连接盖板的塑性变形进行耗能,确保梁柱等主要构件保持弹性不发生破坏,以实现节点的震后快速修复。通过对6个节点的有限元数值模拟研究,获得了节点的承载能力、破坏模式及螺栓拉力等数据,主要分析了翼缘连接盖板中间两螺栓间距、双翼缘盖板连接形式、翼缘连接盖板厚度和螺栓孔形式等参数对节点力学性能的影响规律。研究表明:通过合理设计相关参数,能够使节点的承载能力满足要求,同时梁柱等主要构件不发生破坏,节点在震后可以实现快速修复。The paper proposed an earthquake-resilient prefabricated steel beam-column connection, which is composed of circle tubular steel column with cantilever beam,middle beam,flange cover plates,L-shaped plate and high-strength bolts. The connection stiffness could be adjusted by the modification of parameters,including the thickness of the cover plate and the distance between the bolts beside the splice gap. With this method,energy dissipation could be realized by the deformation of the cover plate to ensure that plastic failure wouldn't occur on the main components,which is necessary for the rehabilitation after earthquake. In the paper,six specimens were analyzed numerically. The influences of several factors,such as the layout of the middle row bolts,the connection form of double flange cover plate,the thickness of the cantilever section flange and the form of bolt hole,were investigated to obtain the bearing capacity,failure mode and bolt tension force. The results showed that the bearing capacity could be guaranteed by the reasonable design of relative parameters of bolts and cover plate,which could also avoid the damage of the main components such as beams and columns. In this way,the rapid rehabilitation after earthquake could be achieved.
