摘  要:提出一种盒子式模块化装配式钢结构建筑体系,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对提出的结构体系中梁柱节点的受力性能进行研究。改变法兰盘厚度、螺栓规格及梁翼缘是否栓接等参数,建立5个梁柱节点有限元模型,并进行静力和拟静力分析,获得了节点的静力性能和滞回性能、骨架曲线、延性性能、转动能力、刚度退化情况等。结果表明:由于模型采用柱端加载的方式,节点产生了明显的P-Δ效应;螺栓规格较大的模型承载力更高,而法兰盘厚度对模型承载力的影响不大,梁翼缘栓接能够提高节点的承载力;节点的延性系数达到了3.31以上,满足抗震设计要求。A box-type modular steel structure building system was proposed in the paper,and the mechanical properties of the beam-column joints in the proposed structural system was studied by finite element software ABAQUS. A total of five finite element models of beam-column joints were established with different parameters,which including the thickness of the flange,the bolt specifications and whether the beam flange was bolted. The static and quasi-static analysis of the joints were carried out to obtain the static behavior,the seismic behavior,the hysteretic behavior,the skeleton curves,the ductility,the rotational capacity and stiffness degradation of the joints.The results showed that since the model adopted the method of loading at the column top,the joints had an obvious P-Δ effect. The bearing capacity of the joint with larger bolt specification was higher,but the thickness of the flange had little effect on the bearing capacity of the joint,and the measures of bolting the beam flange could increase the bearing capacity of the joint. The ductility coefficient of the joint was more than 3. 31,which could satisfy the seismic design requirements.
