摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者腹腔镜术后感染的相关因素,为临床提供借鉴。方法选择医院2014年1月-2016年12月行胃癌腹腔镜手术患者200例作为研究对象,收集患者的临床资料,分析胃癌患者腹腔镜术后感染的相关因素。结果 200例胃癌腹腔镜手术患者发生感染患者39例,感染率为19.50%,以手术部位和肺部感染为主;共培养分离病原菌46株,其中革兰阴性菌30株占65.22%,革兰阳性菌12株占26.09%,真菌4株占8.70%;营养风险筛查评分(NRS)-2002>3分、病理分期、年龄、淋巴细胞计数为胃癌腹腔镜手术后感染的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论对于营养不良、病理分期高、高龄、淋巴细胞计数低的胃癌患者,腹腔镜术后应警惕术后感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the related factors of postoperative infections of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS A total of 200 patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery from Jan.2014 to Dec.2016 were selected as the research object.The clinical data of patients were collected.The related factors of postoperative infection of laparoscopic surgery of gastric cancer were analyzed.RESULTS In 200 patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic surgery,39 cases were infected,and the infection rate was19.50%,which were mainly surgical site infections and pulmonary infections.Totally 46 strains of pathogenic bacteria were cultured and isolated,of which 30 strains of gram-negative bacteria accounted for 65.22%,12 strains of gram-positive bacteria accounted for 26.09%,and 4 strains of fungi accounted for 8.70%.Nutrition Risk Screening Score（NRS）（2002） 〉3,pathological stage,age,and lymphocyte count were independent factors of infectious complications of gastric cancer after laparoscopic surgery（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONPostoperative infection of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastric cancer is associated with many factors.We should pay attention to patients with infection factors and be alert to postoperative infections.
