口腔器械集中供应与传统清洗效果的比较

摘　　要：目的评价口腔器械集中清洗的效果,提高口腔器械清洗质量。方法选取2015年10月-2016年1月采用传统科室清洗的口腔器械作为对照组,2016年2-5月经医院消毒供应中心集中供应清洗口腔器械作为实验组,使用潜血试验法、5倍放大镜检测法和ATP荧光检测法3种方式评价清洗效果。结果对照组共检测口腔器械1717件,3种评价方式下清洗合格率分别为95.2%、89.3%、84.2%,实验组共检测口腔器械2017件,3种评价方式下的清洗合格率分别为98.5%、96.9%、92.9%,实验组清洗合格率均高于传统清洗方式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATP荧光检测法检测总体合格率为88.9%,检测效果优于其他两种评价方式,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用集中供应管理模式,能有效提高器械的清洗质量,值得应用推广。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of centralized cleaning of dental instruments so as to improve the cleaning quality of dental instruments.METHODS From Oct 2015 to Jan 2016,the dental instruments that were cleaned in traditional departments were chosen as the control group,and the dental instruments that were cleaned in central sterile supply department from Feb 2016 to May 2016 were set as the experimental group.The cleaning effects were evaluated by means of occult blood test,5-times magnifying glass detection and ATP fluorescence detection.RESULTS Totally 1717 dental instruments were detected in the control group,the qualified rates of cleaning were respectively 95.2%,89.3% and 84.2% by the three types evaluation modes.Totally 2017 dental instruments were detected in the experimental group,the qualified rates of cleaning were respectively 98.5%,96.9%and 92.9% by the three types of evaluation modes;the qualified rates of cleaning of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the traditional cleaning（P〈0.05）.The overall qualified rate of the ATP fluorescence detection was 88.9%,significantly higher than that of the rest of two evaluation modes（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe centralized supply and management mode may effectively improve the cleaning quality of instruments,and it is worthy to be promoted.
