摘　　要：医院感染发现的及时性和正确性是感染防控措施落实的前提,囿于医疗现状、医院感染病例确诊责任主体的专业背景等多种因素,"医院感染病例应由感控专职人员还是临床医师进行确诊"成为感控专业人员纠结的问题,就此,SIFIC组织辩手展开了辩论。依照赛制,辩论赛分破题立论、总结论点、攻辩、自由辩论、总结陈词5阶段。正方从临床医师重视不足导致医院感染漏报多;感控专职人员具有丰富的经验等方面论述了医院感染病例应由感控专职人员确诊。反方从临床医师具有疾病的诊断权;感控专职人员专业分散等方面论述了医院感染病例应由临床医师确诊。本场辩论赛的议题为感控领域的热点问题,因此特对本场辩论赛内容进行整理发表,期望广大医务工作者借此了解SIFIC论坛会员对本学科重要问题的关注程度和认识深度,并激发对该问题进行更进一步思考和讨论的兴趣。The timely and accurate detection of nosocomial infections is the premise of implementation of the hospital infection control and prevention measures,constrained by health status quo and hospital infections confirmed responsibility body professional background and so on,it is a tangled problem that the hospital infection cases should be confirmed by the infection control professionals or clinicians,in this regard,SIFIC organization debate personnel launched a debate.According to the system,the debate included five stages of the completion of the request such as break points arguments,summing up the argument,attacking,free debate and summing up.The positive side showed that the serious lack of attention from clinical doctors leads to more missed report of hospital infection cases,the professional staff had rich experience and concluded that the infection cases should be confirmed by the infection control professionals.The opposite side claimed that the clinical had the right of diagnosis.This issues of the debate are the hot topics in this field,therefore,the contents of the debate are summed up and issued so as to expect the vast number of medical workers to understand SIFIC forum members＇ great concern about the important issues of the subject and inspire the interest in further thinking and discussing the problem
