摘  要:为研究避洪转移中安置点分配及路径优选的分析方法,提出将多个可再分转移小组和多个安置点共同考虑的‘多对多’安置点分配及路径优选的新思路。该方法基于洪水风险图信息,结合ArcGIS路径分析,运用运筹学运输问题方法求解安置点分配及路径优选。实际分析表明该方法合理可行,可用于分配安置点和选择最佳路径。In order to study the analysis method of resettlement allocation and path optimization in flood evacuation, this paper proposed a new idea, which can result in an optimal relocation sites and routes by analyzing multiple evacuation groups together. Based on the information of flood risk chart, the method for solving the transportation problem in operation research was used to solve resettlement allocation and path optimization by combining route analysis in ArcGIS. The rationality and feasibility of this method have been demonstrated by the case study.
