摘 要:针对传统浮游植物分类方法忽略了植物生态环境特征的问题,2016~2017年分别对太湖流域黄昌河、长寿河、祝塘河的藻类组成及环境因子进行逐季调查,镜检出黄昌河的藻类共7门40属68种,长寿河7门43属69种,祝塘河7门42属76种。进而仿照湖泊浮游植物形态功能群分类方法(MBFG),经筛选后将藻类分为8个河生藻类形态功能群,并利用典范对应分析(CCA),分析不同藻类功能群与环境因子的关系,发现有硬质硅结构外骨的A功能群和有鞭毛结构的D功能群能适应高含沙量、大流量的河流,无鞭毛结构的C、G、H功能群生长繁殖依赖富含氮、磷的水生态环境。Aiming at the problem that the classification method of traditional fluvial phytoplankton ignores the features of plant's ecology environment, the seasonal variations of phytoplankton community structures and environmental factors were investigated for the three rivers of Huangchanghe, Changshouhe and Zhutanghe in Taihu Lake during 2016 and 2017. A total of 68 kinds of algal species belonging to 7 phyla and 48 genera were identified in Huangchanghe River, 69 kinds of algal species belonging to 7 phyla and 43 genera in Changshouhe River, 76 kinds of algal species belonging to 7 phyla and 42 genera in Zhutanghe River. Following the classification method of morphology based functional group (MBFG), the screened algae was divided into 8 fluvial morphology based functional groups. The CCA analysis was used to find out the relationship between the distribution of the morphology based functional groups and environmental factors. The results show that group A with silicious structure and group D with flagellum can subsist in the rivers of high sediment concentration, 〖JP2〗and the groups (C,G,H) without flagellum almost distribute in the rivers of nitrogen and phosphorus.〖JP〗
