运肠润通汤治疗脾气虚弱型功能性便秘临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨运肠润通汤治疗脾气虚弱型功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:收集2016年1月~2017年12月入院的80例脾气虚弱型功能性便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,实验组患者则给予运肠润通汤治疗,比较两组患者便秘临床症状、中医症状、总体治疗效果与生活质量。结果:实验组患者治疗后各维度便秘临床症状积分与症状总分组间比较均显著性低于对照组;各维度中医症状积分与总积分组间比较均显著性低于对照组;PAC-QOL总分组间比较均显著性低于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.01);临床症状与中医症状治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:运肠润通汤在脾气虚弱型功能性便秘患者中的临床效果十分显著,具有深远的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yunchang Runtong Decoction in treating functional constipation caused by spleen-Qi difficiency. Methods： 80 patients with functional deficiency of spleen-Qi difficiency were randomly divided into two groups. The controlled group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets. In the experimental group,the clinical symptoms,TCM symptoms,overall therapeutic effect and quality of life of constipation were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with the controlled group,the scores of the clinical symptoms and the total symptom group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group（ PAC-QOL）（ P〈 0. 01）. The total effective rate of the clinical symptoms and the TCM symptoms was significantly higher than that of the controlled group（ P 〈0. 05）. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Tongchuan Runtong Decoction in patients with functional constipation is very significant and has far-reaching clinical significance.
