中药外敷神阙穴治疗中风后便秘的临床护理及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察神阙穴贴敷联合中医临床护理治疗中风后后遗症便秘的临床疗效。方法:纳入2016.1~2017.7资阳市第一人民医院康复科便秘患者60名,治疗时便秘贴外敷神阙穴并进行中医调护,连续观察3天;记录治疗后第1次排便时间,给药后每天大便次数和粪便性状排便时间等,记录腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、局部皮肤反应等不良反应。结果:(1)患者72小时内都排便的占83.33%;(2)便秘患者生活质量,治疗前为64.23±2.41,治疗后为25.5±3.43,改善明显;(3)便秘疗效情况:治疗总有效率93.33%.结论:中医调护联合神阙穴穴位贴敷治疗中风后便秘,临床疗效好,不良反应小,给药途径便捷,便通则揭开终止,避免更多的副反应,减少护理工作量、经济价廉等诸多有点,而且便于推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking sequela constipation clinical nursing dressing combined with TCM therapy after stroke. Methods： 60 patients in The First People＇s Hospital of Ziyang City from January 2016 to July2017 were received rehabilitation treatment with constipation,constipation and topical Shenque paste of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,observation of 3 consecutive days; Recorded first defecation time after treatment,after administration of daily stool frequency and stool defecation time,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,adverse reactions,local diarrhea the reaction of skin. Results： 1. Patients within 72 hours of defecation were 83. 33%; 2. Patients with constipation of life quality,the average quality of life score of the treatment group was 25. 5±3. 43; 3. Constipation curative effect： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 33%. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Shenque acupoint in treating constipation after stroke,the clinical curative effect is good,less adverse reactions the route of administration,convenient,then has opened the general termination,to avoid the side effects more,reduce the nursing workload,low cost and many other a little,and is convenient for promotion.
