摘　　要：黄褐斑是一种皮肤科常见的慢性皮肤色素代谢障碍性疾病。该文分析黄褐斑的病因病机,对黄褐斑的研究进展进行系统综述,以期为后续临床及科研提供理论依据和治疗方案。从中医病因病机、实验研究、临床研究等几方面分别进行阐述,证实中医药对黄褐斑具有较好的治疗作用和研究价值。Chloasma is a common chronic skin pigment metabolic disorder in department of dermatology. This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of chloasma,research progress on chloasma systematically reviewed for subsequent clinical and scientific research to provide theoretical basis and treatment programs. From the experimental study of TCM etiology and pathogenesis,clinical research,several aspects were discussed,proved that traditional Chinese medicine has good therapeutic effect and value of the research on chloasma.
