《千金方》中续命汤类方治证用药探析

摘　　要：《备急千金要方》和《千金翼方》合称《千金方》,其所载续命汤类方是对唐以前中风病认识的总结,以＂续命＂为名,显示了此类方剂在中风病治疗中的重要性。中风病以正气亏虚,邪风不去,滞留＂皮肤＂而为发,续命汤类方则以温通为主,稍佐清热之品,使得外邪去、营血通、郁热除、痰瘀化。Essential Prescriptions for Emergent Use Worth A Thousand Gold and Supplement toInvaluable Prescriptions of Ready Reference are also known as Thousand Prescriptions of Gold Formulae,Xuming Decoction and its associated prescriptions,recorded in Thousand Prescriptions of Gold Formulae,are the summary of the treatment of stroke before the Tang and Song dynasties. With naming＂Xuming＂,it shows the important role of such prescriptions in the treatment of stroke. The incidence of stroke is due to lack of righteousness;evil wind does not go and stay in the skin. The composition of Xuming Decoction and its associated prescriptions are mainly composed of Chinese herbals,which have warm-through nature,and are suitable for Chinese herbals with heat-clearing properties,which they can eliminate external evil,dredge Ying blood,remove heat,phlegm and blood stasis.
