摘　　要：高脂血症为临床常见病、多发病,其发病率在我国呈逐年上升的趋势。目前,如何有效的治疗高脂血症成为了专家学者研究的热点。中医通过分析高脂血症的病因病机,对其进行辨证分型,并且通过长期的临床及试验研究,证明了中医药对治疗高脂血症具有较好的临床疗效。该文从祖国医学及西医对高脂血症认识、中药降脂机制、中药降脂常用代表性药物及其作用机理这三方面进行了简单的总结和介绍。Hyperlipidemia is a commonclinical and frequently-occurring disease. In China,its incidence has continually risen in recent years. At present,it is becoming a hot topic that how to treat hyperlipidemia more effectively. For doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,they classify the syndromes differentiation of hyperlipidemia by analyzing the pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,and they proved that some traditional Chinese medicine has a better clinical therapeutic effect for the treatment of hyperlipidemia after a long period of clinical and experimental studies. This article will introduce and summarize the knowledge of hyperlipidemia form the perspective of Chinese and Western medicine,the mechanism of lipid-lowering by traditional Chinese medicine,and commonly representative traditional Chinese medicinefor reducing lipid.
