摘 要:文章旨在研究放牧补饲育肥与舍饲育肥两种育肥方式下绒山羊羔羊的瘤胃发酵功能,为有效调控绒山羊的瘤胃发酵、制定科学的育肥方案提供理论依据。采用单因子完全随机试验设计,将60只健康、体重、日龄相近的4月龄羯羊随机分为2组,各30只。对照组在原草场放牧并进行补饲;试验组采用全混合日粮进行舍饲育肥,育肥期为90 d。试验结束时,分别从各组选择6只羯羔进行屠宰,采集瘤胃。结果表明:舍饲育肥较放牧补饲育肥相比可显著增加绒山羊羔羊瘤胃BCP和NH3-N浓度(P<0.05);有降低p H值的趋势(0.05<P<0.10);但对VFA的变化无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果说明舍饲育肥较放牧补饲育肥而言,能有效促进绒山羊羔羊的瘤胃发酵功能。The purpose of this paper was to study the rumen fermentation function of velvet goat lambs by grazing supplementation and fattening and fattening, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the ef- fective regulation of rumen fermentation in rumen goats and the establishment of a scientific fattening scheme. A single-factor complete randomized trial design was used to randomly divide 60 healthy, weight-bearing, and age-appropriate 4-month-old puppies into two groups, each with 30 animals. The control group grazed on the original grassland; the experimental group used the whole mixed diet to feed for fattening, and the fattening period was 90 days. At the end of the experiment, six lambs were selected from each group for slaughter and the rumen liquid was collected. The results showed that the ratio of BCP and NH3-N in the rumen of cashmere goats was significantly higher than that of grazing supplementary fattening(P〈0.05); there was a lowering trend of the pH value(0.05〈P〈0.10); There was no significant difference on the change of VFA(P〉0.05). These results indicated that the house fatten- ing can effectively promote the rumen fermentation function of cashmere goat lambs than grazing sup- plementary fattening.
