浅析色素性紫癜性皮病从血分论治

摘　　要：中医学中无色素性紫癜性皮病的病名记载,至今尚无确切的中西医对照病名。笔者查阅相关文献,并结合其临床证候特点,认为其病在血分,病位在络,以血热、血瘀为主,易合并湿热、血虚、气虚等兼证。辨证分为血热妄行证及血瘀阻络证,临床可根据不同兼证加减。There is no definite disease name of pigmented purpura dermatosis（PPD） in traditional Chinese medicine, so there are no exact comparison disease names between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. By reviewing the related literature, combining with the clinical syndrome characteristics of the disease, the author considers that, the disease is classified on the blood, and located in the meridian, mainly with blood heat, blood stasis, often combined with damp heat, blood deficiency, deficiency of vital energy and so on. The syndrome differentiation are as bleeding due to blood heat and blood stasis blocking collaterals, and it can be modified according to different syndromes in clinic.
