摘　　要：肩周炎是骨伤科诊疗中的常见病、多发病,具有病程长、易复发等特点,对患者的日常生活、工作产生严重影响。笔者主要通过临床典型案例,介绍陈海鹏主任医师采用骨科弹道式冲击波结合当归四逆汤加味治疗风寒湿阻型肩周炎的经验,以期为读者提供参考。Periarthritis of shoulder is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic trauma. With the characteristics of long duration and easy recurrence, it has a serious impact on the patient＇s daily life and work. Based on classical clinical cases, the author introduced chief physician CHEN Hai-peng＇s experience in treating periarthritis of shoulder with wind-cold-dampness pattern by orthopedics ballistic shock wave combined modified Danggui Sini Decoction, which was expected to provide reference for readers.
