顾维超运用益气升陷法治疗排尿障碍性疾病经验

摘　　要：顾维超主任精研中医各家学说,尤其推崇张锡纯大气理论,对张氏大气学说有所发挥。笔者跟随顾师临证期间,发现顾师应用益气升陷法治疗一系列疑难重症取得了非常好的疗效。今摘其运用益气升陷法治疗排尿障碍性疾病验案3则进行分析,顾师认为,"大气下陷"是排尿障碍性疾病的常见病机之一,并针对性地运用"益气升陷"法治疗,疗效显著,该思路和方法对于指导中医临证施治具有重要的参考价值。GU Wei-chao has carefully studied theories of various schools of thoughts in traditional Chinese medicine, especially advocates ZHANG Xi-chun＇s theory of sinking qi in his medical practice. Through studying with GU Wei-chao, the writer witnessed the good efficacy of such therapy of invigorating qi and ascending qi collapse on a variety of diseases. This article reported three urination disorder diseases cases which were treated by GU Wei-chao, he believes that ‘syndrome of qi collapse＇ is the basic pathogenesis of urination disorder diseases, and ‘invigorating qi and ascending qi collapse＇ method was used in the treatment which had a remarkable curative effect. This thinking and method had important reference values for guiding the treatment by traditional Chinese medicine.
