摘　　要：目的:运用均匀设计方案研究红景天苷-姜黄素组合防治非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NADLD)的最佳剂量配比。方法:运用高脂饮食诱导大鼠NAFLD模型,以红景天苷、姜黄素为研究对象,根据均匀设计方案选用U8(85)表分组设计,以大鼠肝组织甘油三酯(TG)含量为筛选指标,并经多元逐步回归分析获得"最佳剂量配比";然后运用上述NAFLD模型重新分组设计,通过观察各组大鼠肝组织TG、游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量和丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性的变化,验证最佳剂量配比防治NAFLD的疗效。结果:最佳剂量配比为红景天苷5.77mg+姜黄素21.76mg,验证实验显示该配比能显著降低NAFLD大鼠肝组织TG、FFA含量和血清ALT、AST活性(P<0.01)。结论:红景天苷、姜黄素的特定配比具有良好的防治NAFLD的作用;均匀设计法在中药剂量配比研究中有重要价值和意义。Objective： To investigate the optimal dose ratio of salidroside and curcumin on the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） based on uniform design method. Methods： The rat model of NAFLD was induced by high-fat diet. The salidroside and curcumin were used as the research object. U8（85） table was choosed for grouping design based on uniform design. The content of triglyceride（TG） was chosen as index. The best dose ratio was obtained by multiple regression analysis. Then NAFLD model was used for regrouping design, and the prevention and treatment efficacy of best dose ratio of salidroside and curcumin on NAFLD was verified by observing the changes of liver TG, free fatty acid（FFA）, as well as activity of serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST）. Results： Combination of 5.77 mg salidroside and 21.76 mg curcumin was the optimal dosage ratio of salidroside and curcumin in the treatment of NAFLD, which could significantly decrease liver TG, FFA content and serum ALT, AST activity（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The certain dose ratio of salidroside and curcumin do well in the prevention and treatment of NAFLD. Uniform design has important value and significance on the dose ratio study of Chinese herbs.
