摘  要:为调查乌审旗地区绵羊消化道线虫感染情况及跟踪研究常用抗线虫药物的驱虫效果,通过粪便虫卵定性和定量检查法及剖检法对乌审旗不同地区自然放牧绵羊群进行了蠕虫病流行情况调查,并开展了驱虫效果比较试验。结果表明,乌审旗地区绵羊蠕虫病流行比较严重,绵羊蠕虫总感染率达84.4%,其中线虫、绦虫和吸虫感染率分别为84.3%、23.8%和7.9%。感染优势虫种为捻转血矛线虫和细颈线虫,其感染率分别为84.3%和65.6%。而且,这些优势虫种已对目前广泛应用的伊维菌素和阿苯达唑产生了高度耐药性,其给药后第7天的虫卵减少率分别为6.9%和1.7%,虫卵转阴率均为0。对左旋咪唑亦产生较强的耐药性,其给药后第7天的虫卵减少率为51.2%,虫卵转阴率约为30%。然而,不常用的碘硝酚注射液对捻转血矛线虫显示出强大的驱虫效果。因此,通过本实验掌握了乌审旗地区绵羊群中流行的主要线虫及其耐药情况,并筛选出对目前流行的优势虫种具有强大驱杀作用的药物,为后续制定合理的驱虫方案奠定了扎实的试验基础。To investigate the current status of gastrointestinal nematode infections in sheep in Uxin Banner and to study the anthelmintic efficacy of commonly used antinematodal drugs on these nematodes,the epidemiology of sheep helminthiasis and the comparative antihelmintic effects were studied qualitatively and quantitatively by examination of fecal egg count method.The results showed that the prevalence of sheep helminthiasis was much serious in this area and the total infection rate was84.4%,and the infection rates of nematodes, cestodes and trematodes were 84.3%,23.8% and 7.9%,respectively.The Hemonchus contortus and Nematodirus sp. were the dominantly infected species with infection rates of 84.3% and 65.6%.And both of these species were highly resistant to the commonly used ivermectin,albendazole and levamisole. The percentages of fecal egg reduction counts were 6.9%,1.7% and 51.2%,and the egg negative percentages were 0,0 and 30%on day 7 after drug administration,respectively.However,the disophenol injection showed a strong antinematodal efficacy on these nematodes,especially for H.contortus.Therefore,the prevalence of sheep gastrointestinal nematodes and the drug resistance of dominantly infected species in Uxin Banner were understood basically,and the high effective antinematodal agent was screened out,which will lay a good foundation for the subsequent development of reasonable anthelmintic regimen.
