摘 要:为探讨金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成与耐药性之间的关系,本研究对分离于宁夏地区牛乳腺炎的50株金黄色葡萄球菌进行药敏试验,采用刚果红琼脂法检测金黄色葡萄球菌的生物被膜形成能力,同时用PCR方法对菌株的生物被膜相关基因进行检测。结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况严重,普遍存在多重耐药现象;受试菌株有36株菌(72%)为生物被膜阳性菌株,有14株菌(28%)为生物被膜阴性菌株;受试菌株生物被膜相关基因的检出率分别为icaA(96%)、sarA(76%)、fnbA(100%)、fnbB(100%);生物被膜阳性菌株对大多数抗菌药物的耐药率高于生物被膜阴性菌株,但二者只对克林霉素的耐药率具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。本研究结果表明,金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜的形成机制复杂,生物被膜的形成在金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性方面起到了一定的促进作用。In order to investigate the relationship between biofilm formation and antimicrobial resistance of S.aureus,in this study,50 S.aureus isolates from bovine mastitis cases in Ningxia Province were tested for antimicrobial susceptibility,the biofilm formation ability of the S.aureus isolates was detected using the Congo red agar method,and the biofilm-related genes of the S.aureus isolates were detected using PCR.In result,the antimicrobial resistance of S.aureus is serious and the multi-drug resistance is common.36(72%)S.aureus isolates were biofilm-positive strains,while 14(28%)S.aureus isolates were biofilm-negative strains.The detection rates of biofilm-related genes were icaA(96%),sarA(76%),fnbA(100%)and fnbB(100%),respectively.The biofilm-positive strains showed much higher rates of resistance to multiple antibiotics than that of biofilm-negative strains.However,significant difference was only detected between the clindamycin resistance rate of biofilm positive and negative isolates(P〈0.05).The results indicated that the formation mechanism of S.aureus biofilm is complex,and biofilm plays a role in promoting the drug resistance of S.aureus.
