摘  要:研究了金属锂二次电池充放电循环过程中内应力与电池膨胀率的关系,利用万能材料试验机,在对电池施加100N外力的同时对电池进行充放电测试,22Ah电池循环30周体积变化16.3%,并通过拟合计算电池第30次充电时产生的内应力,为13360.5N,通过对电池循环一定次数时产生的内应力及压强值拟合计算,可指导电池组合时的结构设计方案,为电池的工程化应用提供了试验依据。The relationship of inner stress and expansion rate during cycling of the secondary battery using lithium as anode was studied. It was tested by Universal tensile machine;a 100N stress was pressed on the battery, then the Internal stress of the battery during cycling was tested, also the volume of the battery was tested too. Through fitting calculation,the inner stress of the battery reached to 13360.5N.This result may guide the structure design of battery group and has benefit to the engineering application of the battery.
