摘　　要：自然资源统一确权登记是建立系统完整的生态文明制度体系的基础,对加强自然资源产权保护和落实绿色发展理念具有重要的决定性和牵引性作用。本文从产权体系和法律体系等等视角解析自然资源统一确权登记已经存在和可能出现问题的内在逻辑,从问题产生的本源和确权登记的目的出发提出可供参考的对策,为自然资源统一确权登记这项全新的改革任务提供借鉴思路。Registration of natural resources is the requirement of establishing a complete system of ecological civilization system, which plays an important basic role to protect natural resources property rights and carry out the concept of green development. From the perspective of property right and legal system, existing and possible problems were analyzed to get the inherent logics. Effective countermeasures were provided to address reform mission of natural resources management, from the fountain of problem and the purpose of registration.
