摘　　要：科学推进新型城镇化、依托科技创新是加快山西省从农业大省向农业强省转变,实现中部崛起、山西振兴、富民强省的必然选择。在研究山西新型城镇化和科技创新发展现状的基础上,提出了加快形成山西创新驱动新优势的途径。scientifically promoting new urbanization and relying on scientific and technological innovation are the inevitable choice for accelerating the transformation of Shanxi Province from a major agricultural province to a strong agricultural province, and realizing the rise of the central plains, Enriching the People and strengthening the province. On the basis of study the development status of new urbanization and technological innovation in Shanxi, this paper puts forward the way to accelerate the formation of new advantages of driven innovation in Shanxi.
