摘 要:焊接接头疲劳寿命的长短直接影响工件或设备的使用年限,为了获得更为优质的焊缝质量,延长焊缝的疲劳寿命一直是研究热点。阐述疲劳寿命的概念,分析疲劳断裂原因和疲劳断裂过程;重点讲解通过调整关键性的焊缝外观细节来提高焊接接头疲劳寿命的方法、操作要求和注意事项。5种提高疲劳寿命的方法分别是改善焊缝的剖面形状、焊趾打磨、焊趾锤击、焊趾重熔、打磨焊趾并锤击。The fatigue life of welded joints directly affects the service life of workpieces or equipment,in order to obtain high quality weld,extending the fatigue life of welds has always been a research hotspot. The concept of fatigue life is explained first,then analyzes the cause of fatigue fracture and the process of fatigue fracture. The methods,operation requirements and matters needing attention of improving the fatigue life of welded joints by adjusting key weld appearance details are emphasized. Five methods to improve the fatigue life are discussed in the paper,the ideal weld profiles,weld toe grinding,weld toe hammering,weld toe remelting,grinding the toes and hammering.
