摘  要:利用钨极氩弧焊与等离子焊接原理,对汽车活塞使用的铸造铝合金进行传统TIG、变极性高频TIG(VPTIG)与等离子3种方式的表面重熔处理,测量和分析各方法所得试样的细化层深度、细化层内初晶硅大小以及细化区硬度。通过传统TIG重熔方式可以获得细至4.22μm的初晶硅颗粒以及高达182.4 HV的硬度;等离子重熔处理能够获得深度达到6.10 mm的细化区,是3种方式中的最大值;而VPTIG重熔处理效果介于以上二者之间。By the principles of TIG and plasma welding, cast aluminum alloy piston for automobile are remelted with three methods respectively,which are traditional TIG,high frequency variable polarity TIG(VPTIG)and plasma. The depth of refining layer,the hardness of refining zone and primary silicon size are measured and analyzed. The result shows that the fine primary silicon size of 4.22 μm and high hardness of 182.4 HV can be acquired in the traditional TIG remelting method; The refining zone depth of 6.10 mm can be got by plasma remelting method,which is the deepest in these three methods; the treatment effect obtained by VPTIG remelting method is between the effects got by above two methods.
