摘  要:翘皮是IF钢连退板最常见的表面缺陷之一,由于产品经历加工工序较多,缺陷成因复杂多样,对应缺陷形貌也有一定区别。结合实际生产情况,总结了IF钢连退板三种典型的表面翘皮缺陷的宏观和微观特征,分析了各类翘皮缺陷的形成原因以及对应的形貌特征,并给出了对应缺陷的预防措施,有利于进一步认识和区分不同的翘皮缺陷,从而更好地指导生产。Shell is one of the common surface defects in IF steel, which has complicated reasons and different morphology, because of the long processing procedure. Three kinds of typical shell defects in the annealing IF steel was summarized, causes and corresponding morphology was researched and corresponding preventive measures was proposed, which was helpful to understand and distinguish different shell defects and thereby guide the production.
