摘  要:本研究从梭梭中克隆得到2个NAC转录因子,分别命名为Ha NAC38和Ha NAC42。Ha NAC38读码框长879 bp,编码292个氨基酸;Ha NAC42读码框长582 bp,编码198个氨基酸。序列比对显示Ha NAC38和Ha NAC42均含有NAC家族的A、B、C、D、E保守结构域。荧光定量PCR分析结果显示,梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron,H.ammodendron)幼苗中Ha NAC38和Ha NAC42基因在干旱、高盐、IAA、ABA处理以及高温胁迫条件下的表达模式并不完全相同,为进一步研究梭梭NAC转录因子功能和调控机制打下基础。In this study,two NAC transcription factor genes named Ha NAC38 and Ha NAC42 were cloned from Haloxylon ammodendron(H.ammodendron).The reading frame length of Ha NAC38 was 879 bp,encoding 292 amino acids;and the reading frame length of Ha NAC42 was 582 bp,encoding 198 amino acids.Sequences alignment showed that Ha NAC38 and Ha NAC42 contained conservative domains,A,B,C,D and E domains of NAC family.Fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis showed that expression patterns of Ha NAC38 and Ha NAC42 in H.ammodendron seedlings under drought,high salinity,IAA,ABA treatment and high temperature stress were not uniformly the same,which might lay the foundation for the further study of function and regulation mechanism of NAC transcription factor in Haloxylon ammodendron.
