摘 要:14-3-3蛋白是生物体内重要的调节蛋白,对细胞代谢及循环、信号传导、转录调节、蛋白跨膜转运、以及生物胁迫和非生物胁迫等多种生理过程均有重要的调节作用。本研究用RT-PCR从梭梭中克隆2个14-3-3蛋白基因,分别命名为Ha FT-5、Ha FT-6。用q RT-PCR分析Ha FT-5、Ha FT-6基因在不同处理后的表达。研究显示,Ha FT-5全长501 bp,编码139个氨基酸;Ha FT-6全长647 bp,编码226个氨基酸。在干旱、高盐、ABA、IAA处理后梭梭Ha FT-5和Ha FT-6基因后呈现不同的表达模式。综上所述,这2个基因可以响应逆境胁迫和2种激素信号,本研究可为进一步探索梭梭的抗逆分子机制提供了理论基础。14-3-3 protein is an important regulatory protein in organisms,which plays a significant regulatory role on cell metabolism circulation,signal transduction,transcription regulation,protein transmembrane transport,biotic abiotic stress and other physiological processes.This study used the RT-PCR to clone 2 genes of 14-3-3 protein from Haloxylon ammodendron,named Ha FT-5,Ha FT-6,respectively.And q RT-PCR was used to analyse the expression of Ha FT-5 and Ha FT-6 genes after different treatments.The results showed that the full-length of Ha FT-5 was 501 bp,encoding 139 amino acids;the full-length of Ha FT-6 was 647 bp,encoding 226 amino acids.Ha FT-5 and Ha FT-6 genes of Haloxylon ammodendron presented different expression patterns after drought,high salt,ABA and IAA treatments.Above all,these 2 genes could respond to stress and 2 hormone signals.The study might lay the foundation for further studies on molecular mechanism of stress resistance of Haloxylon ammodendron.
