摘 要:海洋石油富岛有限公司二期尿素造粒装置采用挪威海德鲁流化床造粒技术,自投产以来,尿素造粒系统粉尘量一直偏高,导致造粒机负压低,洗涤系统冲洗频繁,振动筛筛网容易堵塞,破碎机辊轴易结疤,造粒系统运行周期短,同时蒸发系统蒸汽耗量增加。因此,就如何降低大颗粒尿素造粒系统粉尘量展开研究。The two phase urea granulation device of marine petroleum Fukushima Co.,Ltd.adopts the Norway Hai Deru fluidized bed granulation technology.Since it is put into operation,the amount of dust in the urea granulation system has been high,resulting in low negative pressure of the granulator,frequent washing system washing,easy blockage of the screen screen of vibrating screen,easy scars of breaking machine roll shaft,short running cycle of granulation system and increasing steam consumption of evaporation system.Therefore,this paper studies how to reduce the dust volume of large granule urea granulation system.
