摘 要:标准蒸发器管板是一种环形管板,环形管板的设计计算目前还没有统一标准。为了探讨环形管板计算方法,将环形管板作二个假设:一是将环形管板折算成等当量普通管板,假设其受力稳定性一致;二是考虑到环形管板中央开孔对管板的削弱作用,假设管板周边不布管区无量纲宽度k值与中央循环管管径存在比例关系式,然后利用GB 151—2014标准推导出环形管板厚度近似计算公式。The standard evaporator tube plate is a kind of annular tube plate.There is no uniform standard for the design and calculation of the ring tube plate.In order to discuss the calculation method of the ring tube plate,we have in this paper proposed two hypotheses about the ring tube plate :the first one is we assume that the force received on the annular tube plate is consistent by converting the force according to the ordinary plates;Second,we take into account the weakening effect of central opening of the annular tube plate,assuming that there is a proportional relation between the non-dimensional width k value in the tube plate area without tubes and the diameter of the central circulation tube,and then we use GB151-2014 standard to deduce annular tube plate thickness approximate formula.
